There are so many big and small structures around it which are composed primarily of red sandstone and are the architectural examples of typical Mughal tombs of that era. The Mughal garden called the ‘Charbagh’ between the taj and the gateway is also an example of the Mughal style garden as it mainly divided into four major divisions by a pathway which further divides each division into four more sub divisions which makes it a total of 16 divisions of the garden.
