Why marshmallows are the best cereal breakfast?

The colored marshmallows appeared in various shapes and in different colors. Marshmallows can be eaten in any part of the day. The first meal after night’s sleep should be healthy such that it energies your day at the beginning of it. The healthy breakfast should contain proteins and fiber. Fiber can be found from whole grain, vegetables, and fruits. The consumption of fiber should be between 20-35 grams per day. Try to avoid sweet cereals, sweet liquid, pastries, and breads as these products digest quickly which will make you hungry again. The fiber and protein satisfy your hunger and keep you fulfill until lunch.

Marshmallows can be large; you need to cut down to 2 pieces such that children can eat. You need to make 2 parts of a large marshmallow since there have been cases of marshmallows choking in the throat of children. Even for elders there is instruction that don’t gulp the marshmallow, chew it 2-3 times n then swallow it.

The marshmallow also has the medicinal values, the mucilaginous extracts is collected from the root of the marshmallow plant. Used as remedy on sore throats. The marshmallows are best when mixed with a cereal, as it gives great taste. The South Africans loves the marshmallows for their breakfast with or without cereals. Children love the most. The marshmallows are introduced with natural fruit flavors. Lucky charms marshmallow has the best taste and are thoroughly loved by Africans.

In this fast pace life one need to have enough energy to sustain through the morning routine which includes going to office, going to school or other daily work. The cereals provides a huge source of energy, it recharges your whole body. The protein and fiber are vital part of the food, which is necessary resource for your body.

Many African people staying abroad miss the taste of Lucky Charm cereal from South Africa. While selecting the check out for the following thing:

1) Check out for sugar content in the cereals. Sometimes in certain cereals it is specified that carbohydrates and sugar are separate. In fact it is not they do contain a high level of sugar. Avoid refined flours such as wheat flour or Maida, corn etc.

2) Added fruits, dry fruits etc just increase the sugar level.

3) Search for cereal having rich fiber content, as most cereal are low in fiber content.

4) Avoid cereals with artificial colors and artificial flavors. Search for organic cereals with minimum ingredient.

5) Never choose the cereal claiming weight loss promise on it. As these are just claimed for increasing the sales.
