||||
Cannon Beach, located in Oregon's north coast, is nine miles of gorgeous public beaches. You'll also find great places to shop and dine right on the coast, the city is truly planned for pedestrians. Government regulation keeps Cannon Beach in its pure, natural beauty. I have a feeling it will hold the same beauty for years to come.
Oregon's central coast plays home to one of the most popular tourist attractions on Oregon's coast, the Oregon Coast Aquarium. The 29 acre building houses more that 190 types of coastal animals. You'll find seals, otters, fish, sea lions, and even a giant octopus. When you're done at the aquarium, take a drive to Nye Beach, one of Oregon's most historical beach locations. Here you'll find a long beach spotted with stores, places to dine, and wonderful Oregon beach hotels.
Oregon's southern coast is famous for its whale watching and miles of sandy beach. Gold Beach has a year-round over abundance of fish, so this naturally makes it a fisherman's heaven. Catch trout, salmon, and a variety of other fish. A couple minutes away from Gold Beach you'll find the Oregon Coast Trail. Explore the Oregon Coast Trail and experience scenic beach and lush green forest. After you're done you can stay at an extravagant Oregon beach hotel. Check out the four-star beach hotel, the Tu Tu' Tu n Lodge.
No matter where you decide to go on the Oregon coast, you'll always find great views you can truly appreciate. After the sun goes down there's an endless list of great Oregon beach hotels to stay at. To get the best deal, make sure you plan when you're going to stay before you go.
