Why is the Sony Ericsson P5 so good, I hear you cry? The answer is that it comes with the brand new UIQ 3.3 user interface for the Symbian platform.
The Sony Ericsson P5 slider mobile phone is rumoured to have a 5 mega pixel camera with auto focus, built in GPS, a touch screen and a P1 style keyboard (a scaled down QWERTY keyboard, with 2 letters per key).
Sony Ericsson fans everywhere will be hoping that the rest of the P5’s spec lives up to their high expectations. There are a few sneaky pictures floating around the internet on on Sony Ericsson forum and blog websites, and when closed it looks very similar to the LG KG800 also known as the LG chocolate.
The expected announcement date for the Sony Ericsson P5 is the end of May, and it is expected to be released four months later in September. Sony Ericsson fans will have to wait in suspense for around six weeks until they find out exactly what the Sony Ericsson P5 holds! Let’s just hope it doesn’t let us down.
