Common cold, runny nose and coughing are symptoms which indicate that there is mold growth inside the premises. All this happens because of the fungi floating in air.

Before you decide to clean mold yourself you should take care to gather all information about the hazards presented due to contact with mold so that dealing with it would be easy and you can take adequate steps for avoiding any of the effects.
Mold damage is also connected to other types of illnesses. Like certain dysfunctions. People affected with mold might feel dizziness, sore throat, faintness and unsteadiness. This might lead to feeling of confusion.

Keeping babies or toddlers in an environment which is fungi infested can cause a lot of irritation to their delicate nerves. Babies might be affected with any of the above symptoms at a tender age. Mold triggers allergic reactions and may prove a health hazard for those whose immunity is lower than normal. Mold may be the cause of several illnesses which occur in such persons.
For normal and healthy people too, mold can be harmful. It might give them illnesses they have not experienced before. These could be constant sneezing which occurs when mold affects the breathing system. It might also be the reason of redness of eyes since fungi which fly in air have such an effect on our eyes.
Therefore, mold happens to be a major health hazard. More than removing it, it is required that you take care that the mold does not form inside or near your place of residence or office premises. Regular check ups of your premises will ensure that mold does not catch up anywhere around you.
