Bad food habit, over the year, is the one to be blamed for the excess fat. So reducing it with pills like Xenical is always a preferred option. Still, it is advisable not to lose weight in a rush. Rather make it a continuing habit and reach your ideal BMI or Body Mass Index of 18.5 – 24.9 gradually.
