We will first look at your daily meals and do the necessary adjustments to make it weight loss friendly. Unless your job requires high energy expenditure, avoid having 3 heavy meals a day. Instead, opt for 6 light meals and at each meal, eat till you are 70% full. This is to to prevent your digestive from overloading. To keep your digestive system efficient during meals, avoid cold or soda drinks to ensure that your tummy maintains the ideal temperature for digestion.

Lastly, you need to work out in order to shed that weight. Join the gym to build some muscle mass and shape your body to a trim and lean figure. If the idea of muscles irk you, engage in aerobic exercises insread. Go out for a walk after dinner to burn off the extra calories accumulated throughout the day. Need a push to get started? Sign up for a yoga or aerobic class. By putting money and yourself on the line, you be scuttling out for your lessons in no time.

Do note, do not be fooled into thinking that sports bars are good for you if you do only light exercise less than daily. These are absolutely yummy but do not be naïve and think that by eating sports bars, its ‘sporty’ image will rub off on you. Athletes look so darn trim and lean because they work out, not because they seat on the couch chomping on sports bars loaded with sugar, so get off your bottom and thrash those bars. The same is said for sports drinks, these are packed with carbohydrates and sugar, all of which you, on a diet plan weight loss simply cannot afford to have.

No specific weight loss plan would fit everyone. By providing you with a set of general weight loss guidelines, you have the power to design your weight loss plan to reach your specific weight goals. Besides looking at the science behind weight loss, pause a moment to reflect on what are the compelling reasons behind your weight loss goals.
