Can I drink tee or coffee? Both these drinks contain caffeine; which will stimulate central nervous system greatly; then make people in high spirits. And it will add more mentally activity and create the epinephrine that causes excitement. It is deemed as a kind of drug, this is a controversial topic. International Olympic Committee once deemed it as the stimulate drug, but not long after, it is cancelled. I like tea very much, but find no harm from it, so I will keep drinking. I think most runner will do like this.
With the growing knowledge on nutrition and deeper research on running, you may be more interested in it. However, no matter what kind of method you will take, no matter how good it may be for others, you can not do it totally as it describes. Remember that your body will be identical with another person's. Do not be afraid of trying something different, because most of the good runners are in their efforts to explore new methods, then achieve the best suitable running style.

I think they must announce their faith as other loyal believers. They follow their own way and enjoy the green food. Quietly live on the consumption of fruits, vegetables, and nuts.
They do not care about others at all and will not suggest others to join in with them. There are a lot of people like Corbett and Bo Fute, indeed be very good runner.
I sometimes is amazed why vegetarian diet may make runners have longer life and runners are not likely to be troubled by many major illnesses like cancer and heart disease. I have a Indian friend who stick to vegetarian for many years, who are not only healthy, but also intelligent.
