Being early on the scene, may have been what made Traffic Geyser reach the status it has. Their timing was perfect. Just as video is become hot as a marketing tool, along comes a magic solution to master all of these different video submission sites.

Of course, we can't knock them for that. That is how all fortunes are made. Being the first to offer a great solution to someone's problem is what we all hope to acheive.

And actually, Traffic Geyser works great. Yes, I have actually used it. I was an actual paying member. At the time, I was working on some Christmas sites with Amazon products. I made a couple of videos about some specific products and blasted them out over the available sites, and included links back to my main site in the description of the video. Within a day or so, I would be in several different spots on the first couple pages of Google. Now, note, this is not MY site appearing in all of these places, but a link to the page that contains my video. So, in other words, YouTube, for instance, will appear in the search results, but showing a page that contains my video. So, if people see that in the results, go to the page, watch your video and like the content you have produced, then they may click to your site (if you have provided a link in your description.)

In addition, if that does not happen, you have still provided tons of backlinks to your site. So, even if no one sees your video ever, Google will. These submissions will all count as backlinks and should get your site that you are linking to ranked higher in the search engines. In fact, the Christmas site I mentioned did reach number one on Google for the keyword I was targeting.

Traffic Geyser also has some other features. There are quite a few training videos. There are videos to explain every feature of the software. There are also videos that explain Podcasts. Actually, I have to admit I did not watch them all, but they seemed to do a good job of explaining the software.

The slide show maker they have, I could do without. I kept trying to use it, since I thought it would be more convenient to do it all in one location, but really I had an easier time with Windows Movie Maker, which is probably already on your computer.
