Tips to Solve Error '0X85010014' with Outlook and ActiveSync 4.x

ActiveSync 4.0 has been released along with recent release of Windows Mobile 5.0 and includes significant changes for these devices. A user might experience several issues when syncing Outlook using ActiveSync, some which can be easily resolved by upgrading to a later version of ActiveSync 4.x.
