4. Get a massage. The past few months have been so stressful so give yourself a little treat and get a relaxing massage a few days before your big day. A good massage will keep you looking vibrant on your special day. When you feel good and relaxed, this will radiate in how you carry yourself.

5. Eat healthy. The easiest way to shed down all your unwanted fats is to eat healthy. As mentioned, it's time to forget your sweet tooth. Instead, eat a lot of fruits and vegetables. Eating fibers will also be a huge help. Ensure that you eat a balanced diet in your every meal.

Slim down and get yourself ready for the big day.
