Next, look at the number of clients they have. You see, if they are a good printing company chances are they would have an array of big customers. Look for those that they have dealt with for the past five years. Learn how many repeat orders they get. Repeat orders mean that their clients trust them and that they keep on coming back. One downside to this is that if you are a small client, you might not be able to get the attention that bigger or bulk order clients get.

If this is the case, then a small printing company with a solid reputation will do. You can asses a printing company’s interest in the project by how they deal with you. Whether it is 100 pieces or 10,000 cheap booklet printing orders, you are still a paying customer so you should get the service you require.

Relationship Marketing

Aggressive marketing, according to research, is a turn off. As such, be wary of printing companies employing such tactics. More often than not, these companies are just out to make a quick buck. They do not care about their output or their after sales service.

When looking for a printing company, take your time to look for one who will patiently walk you through all the details. If they have time to deal with you individually, they would have time to print quality color booklets.
