From the repeat clients who will sustain your business, and the new clients that will help you further increase your profits, keeping tabs on what your clients say, feel and think about you can go a long way in making your products and services on top of the market.

And staying in touch with how your clients feel about you is not difficult to do. It can be as easy to spread as word-of-mouth, or as technical and digital as that of the online social media networks. Getting your hands on what your target clients think and feel about you can help you build a strategy for your business that would help it thrive even during crises.
