On game 4 Phoenix Suns kept the pace with the Dallas Mavericks getting even on the Western Conference Finals. The final score of Tuesday night’s game is 106-86. This was a necessary step for the Suns to take after a loss at home a couple nights ago on game 3.

After missing the last two games Bell scored only nine points but provided so much intensity to the team in the 32 minutes he played. Josh Howard made 16 points but left with a shin injury with 5:47 to play.

The Suns shot 54%, including 7 of 15 shots on 3-pointers, compared with 42% for the Dallas Mavericks. Even though, Mavericks were loosing only 51 to 46 at the break.

The NBA Playoffs are composed by four rounds of competition between sixteen teams in the Eastern Conference and Western Conferences of the National Basketball Association. The winners of the First Round advance to the Conference Semifinals, and the winners of the Conference Semifinals continue to the NBA Conference Finals.

At the end, the champions of each conference face each other in the NBA Finals. Each round is a best-of-seven series; the NBA finals are played in a 2-3-2 format, meaning the first two and final two games are played at the court of the team possessing home court advantage, and all other rounds are played in a 2-2-1-1-1 format.
