Very few people know about Magic water. The truth is that is nothing more than regular water. Magic are the results of clever use!

The true is that i have invented this term and it is a technique i am using with my patients with astonishing results in weight loss.

An overweight body goes to sleep mode more often.

Our body must always be alerted so we can burn more calories. The technique is very simple. I have actually seen it being used by some mind control and self development techniques in a different fashion.

The idea is to give our body reasons to be alerted almost 100% during the time we are not sleeping.

Every time something enters our mouth the body and the brain in the same time wake up from sleep mode and join there forces to defend. The reason is simple, the body has the natural function to reject whatever is considered as a foreign body, same think happens with food the process is called pepsis ( digestion ).

So the idea now is to alert ourself as often as possible. Since we don't want to intake more calories water would do the job and in the same time we assist our body hydration (and improve our skin).

Triggering our body to be alert will eventually change our metabolism and body function will become more effective including fat burning.

You can just drink 150-250ml of water every 40 minutes you will notice the effects of this technique in about a week. You can start with smaller amount of water if it is too much for you but keep the 40 minute intervals.

If you are on a diet it will speed up things.
