Since you are here I can imagine that you already started following some weight loss diet or you intend to start soon. Either way these tips are applicable to any diet plan and will accelerate your weight loss. I'm sorry that I learned about them after 2 years struggling to shed pounds and you will see why. They are easy to do and will make your dieting a pleasure.
1. Set Realistic Goals!
Sure you want success fast and if possible tomorrow! Here comes first thing you will thank me for - NO it is not possible and all you crash , super fast things you try will make you ill and even more importantly when you stop the pounds will pile back on even quicker.
Just take one step in time and be realistic with your self. It took you a while to accumulate that extra weight isn't it? So, you can't make it disappear in one week but with smart choices and patience you can get rid of all weight you want in decent time period. After repeating this same mistake almost two years I can tell you there is no way around. You should go gradually and you will see results. When I stoped following those "magical method's" it took me only 10 months to lose my 103lbs.
2. Never Starve Yourself!
This is will not help you loose weight in long term. Your body will only lose few pounds a week and even less than that because it gets adjusted to low calorie intake.
Please understand that in order to make thing work fine you need to eat al least 5 meals a day. 6 or 7 (including snacks) are even better. Off course, never skip breakfast you'll spoil the feeling with hunger and weakness. Maybe you think that 5 - 7 meals per day are impossible to manage for you? You will be inspired to follow your diet plan 6 days and eat all you want or even overeat on your day off. This is giving you psychological space and peace of mind. Many diets programs need to have this element and their success rate will skyrocket in no time!
