I didn't realize it for the last days but now i'm going back to the basics.
We all adore the big godfather of internet traffic, information and wealth. The ultimate champion of "Make me rich", "Keywords on page 1" and "Give me Backlinks for Pagerank"-Mule.
The "Goo-queen".
But when we illuminate behind the marketing curtain of the colored logo, we see what it really is.
Here is my conlusion as an Search Engine Optimus Prime:
"Search engines are blind, dumb and numb!"
They spider our sites with a terrific speed to lame the cpu's of our hardly payed webserver so that the user will get a minimum of speed experience. This is controversial because in the guidelines of the "Goo-rrorist" almanac they command us to make fast websites for all users.
Let's take the point "User experience".
If you make a nice and rich website that foams over with "User Experience" the guidelines of "Goo-lem" will slap you in the face and don't think you can place Advertisement content near pictures or in a section where user are hanging around (Forum).
You MUST have a dirty, small and ugly (Auto-)Blog to get traffic. "Goo-lster" and "Word-mess" are just married!
By the way: Today we found out, that one 3 systems of our inexpensive "Arcade - Outer Rim - LinkMe Sites", that are using Arcade Game Scripts, where nothing worth for indexing in "Goo-d". They are fast, they are nice ...but they had no integrated linktitles in their script.
That's why "Goo-binson Crusoe" did'nt spider the most of the games. Yesterday i saw an Autoblog with no links or content, the only thing i saw was Pagerank 3.
Ok, now i am a bit easier.
Back to the Point where a search engine is blind and like Ralph Melish.
For SEO-Starters who are impressed by the first Internet-traps like "10 Golden Tips to make your money mine", "10.000.000 Backlinks if you buy me a sack dog feed" or "My Friend is SEO, he makes $7,45 a Day" i have a good advice:
"Treat the Search Engines like a mole."
Tell it where it has to go, tell it was it would see if it could see and don't let it run too long distances on your site.
That's it!
