Why I said some of sea turtles are in bonds? Because some of them are ill and they can not live in the ocean without people’s help and assistant. But some of them are catch by fishermen and close into the cage. They will be killed and to be the means to make money.
A health sea turtle is expensive, because its shell can used to make adornment, like rings or necklace or hand chain, its eggs have abundant nutrition, and so on. So many people want to catch them, and then sell to the restaurant.
Many sea turtles are killed by people, not only in the sea, but also on the beach. So sea turtles are endangered. The other reasons that sea turtles are endangered are the water pollution, the development of the beach and so on.
Now more and more people are concerning of protecting sea turtles. In some countries, the government also establishes the law to help sea turtles. If you catch the sea turtles in illegal, you will be punished.
Even though people’s awareness is raise, the sea turtles need more help. The main help I think is come from the local assistant. Because local assistant is near to them, they can react to their illness in the right time, and save them in the short time.
Local assistant is important, but the most helpful way is the protection from everybody. If all the people can help sea turtles and know how to help them, the population of sea turtles will be stopping to decline.
Sea turtles need your help, your help will be support their life. You can help sea turtle from the things around you, like pick up the trash in the sea and avoid making noisy when walking on the beach. It is not the only way for you to help them.
