Falaj

A falaj in Oman is a system of the water flow underground that works through a channel dug in the ground. Aflaj is the plural of the word falaj that, in fact, shows the structure of the irrigation in Oman. Falaj are generated because of the underground lakes which are made on account of the porosity and permeability of the rocks.
