Cause:
There could be two majors reasons for the occurrence of this error message as follows:
1. Either Table consists of self-join and memo fields implemented with referential integrity
2. Or a table corrupts.

Resolution:
Such errors can be resolved by changing the Memo fields to Text fields. You can also move the Memo fields to another table and then use a 1:1 relationship between the tables. These methods can be used to resolve these issues. However, if it is showing error then table is corrupt. In such case, you can use a third-party MDB repair software to recover Access table.
