My wife has been a hard core smoker for 25 years. Our family, friends and children have tried on several occasions to assist her in kicking the habit. For years, nothing has helped her overcome this unhealthy habit. She knows there is a problem and it would be best if she quits but she can‚ Äôt bring herself to actually do it....until recently. We have found something called an Electronic cigarette. And it has changed our lives and probably saved my wife.

It is this new thing called an Electronic cigarette. We have done everything to help her, nicotine gum, hypnosis and even laser therapy. All of these seem to be pretty costly so we welcomed the thought of a cheaper healthier alternative. The Electronic cigarette is not only cheaper it is much healthier. Trust me; these things are the real deal. After researching Electronic cigarettes we found that they still give you the nicotine that you crave without all of the unhealthy chemicals. They don't create smoke they create vapor so there is no fear of second hand smoke being passed on to our children either. This was the biggest fear of ours.

Electronic cigarettes are also allowed in several areas where there smoking is banned. These honestly the coolest and most innovative thing out there right now for an aid to lessen or quick the habit. E-cigarettes are a growing market, and very inexpensive compared to regular cigarettes. Our clothes and home no longer smell like thick cigarette smoke because the Electronic cigarette is 100% odor and smoke free. A lot of different Electronic cigarette companies offer different nicotine strengths as well as flavors. My wife is strictly a Tobacco flavor lover. My wife says there is not very much difference in the flavor of the regular cigarette tobacco and the Electronic cigarette flavor. I also noticed several of the E-cigarettes companies have zero nicotine cartridges to assist with quitting all together.

I truly feel people should try E-cigarettes if they are looking to quit or switch to a healthier alternative. I have spent countless hours researching Electronic cigarettes. I truly believe in this thing called Electronic cigarette. I believe it saved my wife's life and could help a lot of others.
