The Outlook PST files are not meant for unlimited data storage. Despite of the Outlook version you use, each PST is limited to an overall file size limitation. 1-Delete the unwanted messages and compact the PST
2-Empty the Deleted Items folder and compact the PST
3-Split the PST file to several smaller ones.
