The combination of these seven numbers only will make the music. The notes are named alphabetically from A to G. The tool kit for the piano can be obtained by the precise keys of the piano that are linked with the notes.
The music staff is nothing but the seven notes that sit on the spaces and the lines. The music from the piano contains 2 staves or staffs. One is called as the Treble Clef and the other one is called as the Bass Clef. The notes that are taken from the upper portion of the key board will sit on the Treble Clef and the notes from the keyboard’s lower portion, on the other hand will sit on the Bass Clef.
Both the hands are to be used for playing the piano. Generally, the notes of the Treble Clef are played by the right hand and the Bass Clef, by the left hand. The sheet music displays the relation of the keys to the notes to enable the player to play it correctly.
The key board notes with the seven alphabets repeat like A,B,C,D,E,F,G,A,B,C,D,E,F,G,A and so on. The white key on the piano is the note A. The A letter on the music staff has to be corresponded with the A note on the keyboard. Each and every note will be a key on the piano. It is so simple that one can study the keyboard very easily. When the keyboard is played, the first A rests on one particular point of the music staff and when the second A is played, it sits over the first A on the music staff. When the player further plays the keyboard and runs his finger over the upper portions of the keyboard, it goes on sitting on the Treble Clef. When it is played down, the keys sit on the Bass Clef. The notes on the music staff can be grouped vertically. They are called as chords. A chord is a set of 3 or 4 notes that are played at the same time. When the keys C, E, G are played at the same time on the keyboard, the chord called as a triad is played.
When the player wants to play the notes G, E, C separately, the same has to be written horizontally on the music staff as C E G that will move along the music staff. These letters will not appear on it but the oval notes will be replaced by the letters.
