For example, Affordable Care Act has been passed into a law in 2010 and from this year this initiative has been taken by many hospital patient satisfaction. The main focus of this act is to improve satisfaction level among the patients and the quality of care these medical centers offer.

There are other initiatives and plans that have been taken by many countries across the world. There are instances where initiatives have been taken to improve dental check-up technique and steps have been taken to solve all the dental related issues fast and perfectly. There are many insurance companies that are associated with many medical centers and offer certain schemes and coverage that can ensure full check-up of the ailing persons and give them the financial support for the right treatment. It is to be noted that in order to please the people who get admitted to these medical centers, special attention needs to be taken to improve the quality of standards of treatment and take steps for better clinical services.

The doctors and nurses have to visit the wards where sick and ill people are admitted for treatment. They have to talk to them on regular basis, learn from them about their needs and pain and try to solve maximum of their problems rapidly. The medical practitioners have to discuss about all the medical standards of that center and what all they can provide to the people who are admitted there. This is a necessity to make those admitted ones aware of the standard medical practices of that center. Proper care has to be taken at the time of admission and release of the sick people. They have to be cautious all the time to give medicines and do regular check-ups.

It is to be remembered that surveys are conducted on regular basis to check the patient satisfaction in hospital. Following are some of the points that are monitored during such surveys:
The way nurses communicate with the people admitted
The way doctors communicate with the people admitted
The responsibilities of the staff of the medical centers
The quality of medicines offered
The quality of other treatments offered
The quality of the medical instruments installed and used
The hygiene and cleanliness of the centers
Customer care & other payment
