There are many rags to riches story wherein a poor guy rose to fame with earnings of more than millions. Mr. Sudhir Moravekar will be one of them. He tried his hand on every possible business but he didn’t succeed till he started estate management. From then he started building his empire with Panoramic Universal. Currently Panoramic Universal Ltd. operates in three different sectors namely Hospitality, IT and Herbal. Hospitality sectors generate more revenues than the others. As this is their core business naturally the revenue generated from this sector will be more.
Panoramic Universal has their hotels and resorts in India, US and New Zealand. The hotels in India are situated at Shirdi, Panvel, Thane, Malvan, Pune, Mysore, Goa and Alleppey. As we know that there are fierce competitions in hospitality sectors today. Everyone now tries new ways to attract customers. They try providing utmost freedom to their customers regarding payments and sight-seeing options. The discount rates offered by companies also is coz of competitions. Some of the ways they attract customers is by branding. They ask a celebrity to endorse their product which in-turn will help them attract customers. Once a customer accepts their proposals they try to make him loyal by providing some schemes for their next visit. If every other company try the same thing then the profitability gets affected. Still in all these competitions Panoramic Universal has maintained a steady growth.
This growth is because of good services which the company gives to its customer. In this way they retain their customer for many years. The company now even started selling holiday packages to its customers. They are providing inflation proof holidays to their customers which mean that the customer could holiday for the next 25 years at present rate in the hotels allowed in the terms. The company also have an investment scheme with similar benefits named Pancard Clubs Investment Scheme. The company is also expanding its properties by taking over many hotels across India.
