If you ask me whether overcoming the anxiety attacks without using medications is possible,my answer would always be a definite “yes”.Actually,many people even think that the medications that they are used to take while experiencing the anxiety symptoms would cure it.This is completely wrong.

Medications are treatments that work for controlling the symptoms of the panic cycles.So they are just mere solutions for managing the anxiety when you experience the panic cycles.This is why i strongly urge you to resort to the natural treatments instead of constantly resorting to the medications.This does not mean that the medications will be of no use when it comes to controlling the anxiety attacks.Lots of medications will be of immense help to you if you are not able to control the symptoms yourself and are not able to relax.For example,beta blockers are one class of medications that were extremely useful to me when i was affected by this disorder.I used it when shakiness began extreme.And i got to say that these medications were really doing what they were supposed to do.But at the same time,you should always keep in mind that finding a permanent relief must always be given the priority.You must never think of taking the pills all the time and every time you get the anxiety cycle.You can do that some times but remember their side effects,let alone the possibility of getting addicted to them.

What are the best natural treatments and the cure:

There are two ways to get cured:

1.self-help and the

2. Therapies.

When it comes to the self-help way of getting cured,it is all you who is going to do the entire plan of getting relief from the disorder.But this is exactly opposite in the case of the therapies.Your therapist will be of great help to you in finding the triggers for your panic cycle.There is one more thing i got to tell you about the anxiety attacks.Do you understand that you were not born with this disorder?So that clearly leaves just one reason for the disorder you have been affected with.It is your behavior that has went wrong.Your reactions to stressful events or some thoughts were pretty normal earlier.But suddenly,due to certain reasons,your reactions are wrong and they are the causes for the anxiety attacks.Hence,anxiety cure is only possible by identifying those triggers and dealing with them.
