Origin of this game called carrom is quite obscure. Majority of sources states that the game has been originated in India, while some believe it originated in Portugal and even in Burma. |

Use a soft dry cloth to clean the surface before to each game session. Keep the surface well powdered in order to avoid any harm to board surface due to abrasion. Avoid contact to extreme temperatures (hot or cold) and moisture or dampness.
