Natural Joint Remedies For Arthritis

1. Right Diet
One of the many causes of arthritis could be obesity. Being overweight can cause a lot of stress and strain on a person’s joints and this can be addressed through proper diet. Eating fresh vegetables, fruits, fish and whole grains will help in reliving the joints, while red meat, alcohol, coffee, excess sugar and salt are some of the foods to avoid. Get your weight back to normal is also a way of natural joint repair.

2. Epsom Salt
Epsom salt or magnesium sulphate is also often used as a natural joint remedy. Since it is high in magnesium which is important for bone growth, it regulates the body’s pH level and use calcium and phosphorus as bone-building materials. A person can use Epsom salt in either of the two ways:

- Mix 3 tablespoons of Epsom salt with 3 tablespoons of lemon juice in a pint of warm water. Intake one teaspoon in the morning and one at night.

- Soak in a hot bath water with 3 cups of Epsom salt. This can relax and sooth the stiff joints of the body and eliminate the inflammation.

3. Exercise
Research has shown that exercise is an essential way for restoring the joint in a natural way. It mainly reduces pain and stiffness, builds strong muscles, increases strength and flexibility of the body, and lessens inflammation from arthritis. It also promotes being physically healthy and fit as it gives more energy, helps to sleep better, controls body weight, avoids depression, and gives more confidence.

These three natural joint remedies are just some of the many safe ways of treating arthritis with care. The best thing about these is they are all easy to do even at the comforts of the home. So people suffering with the pains of this disorder do not have to worry anymore with side effects of medications because arthritis can always be done away in the natural way!
