When I was 10 years old I always have fun with milkshakes. I thought milkshakes is one of the tastiest drinks in the world. I want to tell you that milkshakes is good for your body, so it is not only tasty. We could see milkshakes everywhere as great snacks. |

My tipe of milkshakes always need bananas. So you should have bananas to create milkshakes Now you need milk, glasses of milk. Another ingredients are vanilla, protein (in powder form if you can), and do not forget an ice cream. And please, make sure your ice cream is low fat. Put all of them in one blender, then start blending.
I know another kind of milkshakes. Now you not only need a banana but you will also need a strawberry in your blender. Same with above, you still need to add protein in powder form and ice cream. For most time, I only used one of those fruits (I mean strawberries or bananas). For my second milkshakes, I have an alternative way to drink it. Now, please read this twice, you know you need it.
Do you know about raw eggs? You need to eat it before it getting cold then drink your milkshakes. In several occasion maybe you will get sick but after you get used to it this is not a problem anymore, you will not get sick but the otherwise, you will notice that it is good for you.
Another great way of milkshakes is when you add an apple for your milkshakes. If your blender isn’t expensive, you should cut your apple into 2 pieces. For some blenders, you don’t need to do that. The next thing you need to do is add blueberries in your blender. After blueberries and an apple, please add carrot, carbs, and milk into your blender, then watch your blender mix all of those fruits. Replace the ice cream with ice in cube form. Yeah, our third milkshakes isn’t creamy but it is still tasty and also fresh.
This type of milkshakes is good for your diet purpose. Maybe it is not as tasty as the first two milkshakes above but still, it is worth if you are in diet program. In above examples, I advised you to use one of apples, bananas, and strawberries. Now I want to tell you one thing, your choice is not a problem at all. Everyone have different favorite fruits, if your favorite fruit is apple then add it always in your milkshake, every fruits is healthy. I do not know but I think it’s always better to pick up fruits from farmers because their fruits are 100% naturals.
Hey, you should also add vegetables for your milkshakes. I mean, in juice form. Choice only a vegetable with rich amount in nutrition, and those veggies can even make your milkshakes much healthier than before. In several occasion, I also added maple syrup, it is tasty, but be careful, added them means you added sugar/calories into your milkshakes.
