Medical evaluation includes meeting with a specialist in order to identify the particular disease and find the necessary cure to it. It is important to be examined by a doctor, especially in young or old age, when chances to catch sickness are higher. As part of medical encounter, the physician gathers data (medical history, the patients’ physical examination) in order to identify the patients’ medical condition and to find the proper treatment.
