If they want cheap prices, show it to them in your posters. If they want to have a certain lifestyle, show them that they can have that with your design. The advantage of cheap posters is that you can print a lot of them. So you will have a chance to flood an area with them where people cannot help but see your posters everywhere. Posting in the proper locations. The location is also crucial when you post your cheap posters. You can have large groups of posters in an area, but if that area is wrong, you won't get the right kind of people to read it.
