The runners with different goals could different the amount. If you want to take an exercise of your body, it will have more than five minutes. Otherwise it is bad for improving cardio-pulmonary function. The running of over five minutes will persist for a long time and then cardio-pulmonary function will improve very much. According to your physical power and you can adjust it and the speed of running is second important.
