"Let the dead bury their dead." What did Jesus mean by this? Very simple; those who concern themselves with things which have no life in themselves have to carry the weight of those things or alternately must lay them to rest.

‘Medicine as a science of disease has increased disease; religion as a science of sin has promoted sin and economics as a study of poverty will fill the world with wretchedness and want.’ (Wallace D Wattles) Our attention serves to increase our potentials. Life doesn’t care where our attention is and what we create; it fulfills its function through all our creations.

Since we have accepted the Universal as being the creative principle behind all forms and expressions, and accepted ourselves as being one with the Universal, what would be the purpose of delving into contradictions? Sometimes we give so much energy in the fight for the right by trying to uncover the wrong, that we actually give more credibility to the wrong. If you are not on the side of the solution, you are adding to the problem.

It is time to let the dead bury their dead. If you want to change your life, let your dead past bury itself. You have no obligation to keep digging it up to analyze your past mistakes. You did what you did and that’s dead past. Move forward now by doing something new, different and life affirming. You are not your past, you are dynamic energy living in the continuum of the now moment. To create a life fulfilling future we are urged by Jesus to leave the funeral arrangements of our past to the illusions of the flesh and grasp wholeheartedly the reality of our Source as all.

At last to be in the presence of the ONE; to act from that place of love and to create an infinite treasure-house of prosperity and peace we must take the following approaches to life:

Give your attention wholly to love and refuse to see hate.
Give your attention wholly to wealth; poverty is not a spiritual reality.
Give your attention wholly to peace to put an end to war.
Give your attention wholly to health to change the appearances of disease.
Give your attention wholly to the Oneness of the universe and ignore the illusions of separation.

Give your attention wholly to joy and see beyond sorrow.
Give your attention wholly to your passion and never give in to apathy.
Give your attention wholly to wisdom and pay no attention to foolishness.

Give your attention wholly to beauty; for the ugliness you behold is filtered through your own mind
Give your attention wholly to balance rather than instability.
Give your attention wholly to harmony to restore discord.
Give your attention wholly to success and see failure as a stepping stone.
Give your attention wholly to prosperity; scarcity is the illusion bred of separation

Give your attention wholly to simplicity; complexity usually keeps you brain focused instead of heart focused.

Give your attention wholly to ease and give up struggle.
Give your attention wholly to your strengths instead of your weaknesses.
Give your attention wholly to the certainty of your spirit instead of the uncertainty of the shadows of physical illusions.

Give your attention wholly to consistency instead of inconsistency.
Give your attention wholly to resolution over vacillation.
Give your attention wholly to sovereignty of yourself instead of being bound by subjugation.

Give your attention wholly to independence as a preference to dependency.
Give your attention wholly to liberty rather than suppression.
Give your attention always to right over might

We must learn to see the underlying TRUTH in all things; we must see beneath all seemingly wrong conditions, the One Life expressing fully and completely through all of its channels.

The very best thing you can do for the whole world is not to try and save it but to make the most of yourself.
