There is no doubt that Justin Bieber is a phenomenon and if you have a teenage girl (or even younger) who is a fan then you can do no better than to have a themed party around him. His hair, cut off for charity, has recently made huge amounts of money on eBay. Hes bound to be growing it back, so the girls wont have to pine for too long!
