Getting a job in Dubai is not that difficult, as it happens to be one of the fastest growing cities on this planet, and one does not need to pay tax on their income either which acts as a foremost pull. The major sector for job attraction is the oil industry, as it attracts a huge downpour of abroad folks constituting more than up to three quarters of the human strength in Dubai. Foreigners working there are not termed or referred to as immigrants, but are known as the momentary workers based upon their contract. Those working there or are going to work are invited their as the guests of the company that hires them. Hence, if one accepts a job or becomes an employee there then he is considered as a national guest of the company hiring it. Your job or livelihood there will be equivalent to the visa pressed in your permit.
There are many job opportunities in all imminent sectors such as construction, banking, oil and gas, accounting, medical and teaching. Currently, foreign workers are required in large numbers and the demand would be there for at least another two to three decades. However, with the changing face of the region, the number of foreign workers and the type of skill requirements will undergo a change. For instance, currently there are many infrastructure projects in full swing in Bahrain, owing to the construction of new roads, airports, ports etc. However, once these projects are over, the demand for manual workers in this industry will climb down. Apart from the infrastructure projects, the commercial development has also led to many building and construction programs. Thus, construction workers are in demand there. People with managerial, professional and technological experience are and will remain to be in strong demand. This demand slated to hang about strong for many years to come.
