A machine was soon invented to replace the hand sewing of tea bags. Tea bag is a small porous bag which is filled with tea leaves used for making fresh and mind boggling tea.

They can be made up of paper, plastic or silk according to the need. If such bags are provided with the zips it becomes easier for the traders to sell the product. Plastic zippers are available in the market for easy closing and opening of the plastic bags. It also ensures the product quality to be good and healthy. Moreover the things don’t split put from the bags if they are provided with zippers so it becomes easy for transportation. Zipper bags are usually sold in great numbers, the minimum number being one hundred and the maximum going up to thousands and sometimes even more than that. Such plastic zippers are available in every size and color. With the increase in size the price also rises up.

One major advantage of plastic zipper bags is that they can be used again and again. But with the advantages there is also a disadvantage of using such bag. These plastic zipper bags too are not that useful for heavy items and can tear easily. With such plastic bags tea bags are also available in various packaging. The gourmet tea is more expensive than the regular tea. Thus recyclable tea bags are also being produced which is not only important to our health but also to our packets.
