This is not an uncommon Problem. You have spent thousands of dollars on the website you thought would generate instant traffic. Your web design company also showed you great dreams but now your site is up and working but no subscribers to your service.

Your site has traffic thanks to the bulk amounts spent on Link Building and other SEO services, but this traffic somehow wasn't summing up to a good service subscriber base. 5) If you are an e-commerce or a OS site, make sure the prices are reasonable and also make the site interactive by allowing feedbacks, remarks.
6) The most important aspect of generating traffic is to optimize your site. SEO is the most important tool for the success of your website.
7) Placement of the content is a very important aspect of a good website. You can provide loads of user friendly information but if it isn't done properly, information becomes absolutely useless.

It is important to make a good choice while selecting a web design company. Ask them to make a plan for the navigation and an overall layout of the website. Make sure the plan they have laid down suffices your purpose and most importantly take care that it is actually implemented in complete detail.
