At one end says, EU is not handling the case with enough sensitiveness and is not maintaining the secrecy, EU is claiming that Intel has followed all the possible strategies to keep competition out of the market, Let it be bribing the vendors with new offers or other possible ways to lure the, Intel has adopted everything. In fact, price war was also not an exception to this.
To the most recent updates, EU has leaked series of mails that indicates how Intel has attached payments to each vendor, conditionally they delay AMD products.
