People who are the epitome of knowledge and are residing in small cities, more often move to larger cities for their career prospect. But few people stay behind, despite the fact of their wittiness and remain ungainfully employed. In short, their talents just not justify their career graph and as a result, they can’t make their good presence.

Most of the MNC and Indian IT and BPO services provider companies are planning to set up their facilities in small Indian cities, after clearly observing the situation faced by companies in cities like Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, where the shortage of talents and equally attrition have added to the chaos and this is fast becoming a regular feature of it.

Many cities in India, like-- Kochi, Mysore, Coimbatore or Jaipur, have lofty position because of several institutes which offer holistic education. The added benefit for offshoring companies moving to such destination is that staffs in these cities are less likely to allow themselves into attrition because of the few "good" job opportunities knocking their door. Then there are cost savings to be entertained, starting from low investment in terms of infrastructure and real costs.

When moving to B grade cities, there are certain things which can take secondary position. The biggest one is the difficulty in finding local senior and mid-level managers. Companies are coming round by sending people from their established centers to set up processes and train staff in the centers at smaller cities. Findings prove that these negative shades of offshoring IT and business processes is not a hot-button issue. So brushing aside such imperfections, scores of people can see how small cities in India will be emerging as IT and BPO hotspots.
