Hypertension Causes And Symptoms

Normaly hypertension is a common problem especially with working class people associated with stressful working atmosphere. Genarally hypertension is the health condition in which blood pressure gets higher than normal.

It may occur in many forms and its symptoms do not show until the condition becomes serious and requires medical intervention. More than normal pressure against blood vessels walls due to tension or any other problem persist for around weeks or months then it is diagnosed as hypertension.

Health problems Due to Hypertension:

However, diagnosis and medication of Hypertension at right time can control situation to a large extent. If not cured at time then it may lead to increased health problems. It is the major reason behind health problems such as heart attack and kidney problems. Older people are normally affected with hypertension and even it comes associated with dysfunction in the coronary circulation. Body organs affected due to hypertension include kidneys, eyes and heart. Stroke one of the most affected diseases for adults is the contribution of hypertension.

Common Causes of Hypertension:

Hypertension is the result of high intake of salt, obesity and genetic factors are also responsible for it. Stress and tension are the cause for hypertension. Ageing and higher intake of alcohol is also the cause of it.

Hypertension Symptoms:

- Dizziness
- Severe headache
- Fatigue/ Slowness of movement
- Vision problems
- Pain in chest
- Leg swelling
- Rapid heartbeat

According to stage of hypertension different treatment is done. It can be easily controlled through periodic adjustment treatment. Often doctors ask such patients to lose weight and do exercise. However, before taking any medication it is better to consult doctor for getting proper relief in this disease. Proper treatment at right time reduces largely the risk of heart attack and stroke. Even changes in lifestyle like quit smoking, less intake of salt and lowering of cholesterol can benefit people suffering from it. Healthy diet with regular exercise is the basic rule to get rid of hypertension. Apart from that if you are suffering from this disease then take enough drinking water. Hence manage your diet and control your disease easily.
