When looking for security, choose software that allows you to set access limits according to individual users or groups. It should also be able to encrypt your data such that it can be accessed through its software interface. As for safety, look for software that comes with a check in and check out function so that it ensures consistency in whatever you are trying to organize.
It is a crazy world these days and the only way to keep up is to stay organized. By getting organizational software you are allowing yourself to keep up with the fast paced world and at the same time making life so much easier for yourself and others.
