Whether you are promoting your own product, an affiliate or someone else's product, a mlm program or some other type of income producing program, you should be writing articles and submitting them to article directories.
Why you might ask? Because with articles you are able to establish yourself as an expert in your field by writing about the most common questions and concerns that people have in your specific niche.
Simple find out what the people in your type of business are asking or having questions about and then write articles answering their questions. By doing so you will quickly start being recognized as and authority in your field, and we all know that people want to and will follow someone they believe is competent to lead them to their goals.
Don't take article marketing lightly though. By positioning yourself as an expert in a certain field, you are also going to be charged with the responsibility of being there once people start to follow. I say this because just as easy as it is to brand yourself as an expert using articles, it is just as easy to lose all credibility if you are not providing the expertise you claim to have when people follow your lead and are relying on you for assistance.
So, to wrap up everything. Decide exactly how you want to make money online. For example; either by selling your own products, selling affiliate products or by promoting an income program. Then find out what the questions or concerns that people interested in your business have. Write articles answering those concerns and questions and then submit them to article directories. Finally, make sure that you follow through with being the person you have established yourself to be.
By following the example above, you will not only position yourself as an authority in your business, but you will also be the beneficiary of a lot of income and profit from the sales you will make by being someone that people trust and believe in.
