Did you catch a glimpse of Santa over your town this Christmas eve? If you missed him, as most people probably did, you can make a Christmas tree bauble depicting the scene of Santa flying over your town, even over your house if you fancy it.

To make a Christmas Bauble of Santa flying over your town you will need...

A black Christmas Tree Bauble,
A tube of silver glitter glue,
PVA glue,
And a picture of Santa flying in his sleigh - you can find images of Santa on Google to print out for this.

First 'draw' yourself an equator line with glitter glue, around the bottom of the bauble, about quarter of the way up. From this line draw roof tops, chimneys and church spires. You could draw the top of your school, your house, your church, your town's clock tower or another prominent building in your town. In this way you can personalise the bauble.

When you have drawn the building sky line, fill in with glitter glue.

Stand the bauble up side down in an egg cup, so that the glitter glue isn't disturbed. And fill in below the equator line with glitter glue and leave to dry.

Find yourself a nice image of Santa flying in his sleigh pulled by his reindeer, there are lots to choose from on Google. Copy one that you like and paste it into a word document. In word you can change the size of the image by clicking on the picture to select it and then getting a corner of the image and moving it inwards. This will shrink the image. Make the picture small enough to fit onto your bauble, and print it out.

As carefully as you can, cut out the picture of Santa and his reindeer. Ideally you don't want to leave any of the background colour on the picture.

Glue the cut out of Santa to the bauble, and leave to dry for a few minutes before adding a few starts in the night sky with the glitter glue.

Return to the egg cup to completely dry before hanging the bauble on your Christmas tree. Personalised baubles make great little gifts for Aunties, Uncles, grannies and grandpas too. Think about the prominent buildings that they might have on their sky lines to show that Santa was flying over their town.
