How to Live Out Loud |

Living life out loud - or to the best of your ability - is simple if you follow these three steps. If you want to follow your dreams and live life to the fullest, you must read on. |

There are a few simple steps you can take to live out loud:
1. Take decisive action. Taking action is empowering. When we sit around, thinking and planning our next steps, we lose motivation and get trapped in forward thinking. Make a plan and enact the plan. Don't get mired down in the what-ifs. When you concern yourself only with the future, you open the door for fear and doubt to enter the picture.
2. Make no room for fear in your life. Know that fear is an emotion. Fear arises when we get lost in negative possibility thinking. Teach yourself to look at fear as being separate from your self. The fear-based reaction arises as a reaction to a thought we have about what could be. We have no way of really knowing what could be, nor do we have any control over what happens in the future. If an emotion of fear arises in reaction to a thought, and not to anything concrete, then it is by its very nature unfounded and irrational. When you find yourself reacting out of fear, recognize the reaction. Take a moment to stop in the middle of it and notice the circumstances. Learn to disassociate yourself from the emotion and it will be rendered powerless.
3. Be open to life as it comes. Leave judgments, especially negative ones, at the door. By judging things we attempt to strengthen our own sense of self. This is extremely detrimental to living fully because it prevents you from seeing the beauty and opportunity in every encounter. Shift your perspective to one in which you do recognize these opportunities, and you will more easily navigate through all of the choices that life presents.
Cultivate a sense of strength within yourself and move forward in life from that place of strength. You are bigger, more amazing and more capable that you ever give yourself credit for. Live out loud. Be ready when opportunity knocks.
