Even if you are fairly new to MLM, you still may have learned a lot along the way. You do not have to be wildly successful to be able to provide valuable information. Even those of us who are still struggling to make it in the business are able to help people.
For example, I have been in and out of network marketing for the past several years. I basically had a love/hate relationship with it for a long time. It wasn’t until I figured out a few things that I began to see what a great opportunity it is.
I joined my first business and quickly decided that it was not for me because I did not want to be a salesperson. In fact, I didn’t want to be involved in direct sales at all. I still don’t. It finally dawned on me that I could do this without “peddling my wares” like an old time door-to-door salesman.
I realized that I could actually build my business online instead. That is when I began writing articles to let others know what I had discovered. There are countless others out there who feel the same way I do about direct sales.
I simply took what I had learned about building a business online and put it into my own words. You can do the same thing. Find a subject that you know a lot about, and begin to write articles about it. Let your readers know everything that you do about your chosen subject by providing information.
Let’s say that you enjoy participating in online forums. You have gained customers and business partners with this method and you want to teach others what you know. You may want to let people know that they should not blatantly advertise on the forums, but they should ask questions and provide great answers when they can.
You want to inform people that when they participate in forums they should never attack another business or marketer. Forum members want answers to their questions and helpful information.
If you let newbies know what is expected when they join a forum, you are providing a service. You are helping to shape them into the very people that our industry needs. If joining social networks is your forte, you can give instructions on how to do that.
These may seem like simple things, but people who are new to MLM need this information. They need to be taught exactly what to do from the ground up. Any information that you can give them will be helpful because you have “been there, done that.”
Become a pied piper in network marketing by sharing what you know. It will be appreciated, and you will be branding yourself online in the process. You will eventually gain credibility and your name will begin to be recognized. It is a great way to build your business because people will come to you seeking what you have to offer.
