•Always start with a good skin care regimen.
•Apply foundation and then concealer where needed.
•Brush on powder and blush.
•With a spray bottle of water, lightly mist face to set it.
•Apply an eye primer and shadows, choosing darker, more dramatic shades.
•If you would like, use one eye shadow that is shimmery.
•Use eyeliner in black or charcoal for a dramatic look and 2 layers of black mascara.
•If you would like to be very dramatic, apply false lashes or lash extensions.
•On your lips, apply lip liner, then lipstick.
•To help the lipstick stick, apply a layer, blot with tissue, brush face powder over lips, then apply another layer.
•Finish with a sheer gloss.
