The course component of the program is made up of three stages which comprise:
a) Foundation Courses in Business Administration and Management, b) Advanced Courses in Business Administration and Management, and c) Specialization and Elective Courses in Business Administration and Management. There are in all three specialization areas, each of which is offered jointly with a CASS partner university in Europe (see below for details). These specialization areas are:

Following completion of the specialization courses, the remainder of the final semester of the program is devoted to completing a company consultancy assignment which culminates in the submission and oral defense of the MBA thesis. A student’s participation in each course is graded by the respective course Instructor. The award of a final grade in each course is based on a combination of class attendance, active participation, group work, and individual written exams at the end of the course.
