The sweaters made of cashmere wool should not be loosely knit and should be snapped back to get the shape when it is stretched.
The sweaters made up of superior quality cashmere should always be brushed by hand. These furs are taken from the Kashmir goats that are bred in the Gobi desert. It takes a minimum of 4 years for these goats to shed the required fur for the manufacture of one sweater. The fleece is collected by hand and also processed by hand and hence the cost of these sweaters is more when compared to the sweaters made of other quality wool.
