Fewer Shoes, More Happiness

I can consider a great many about shoes when I was young. I would attempt my superlative to get a modern pair of shoes then. But now in my opinion, comfort is the great.

Before reading, could you take a look at what shoes are you in, leather shoes, high-heeled shoes, or a beautiful pair of casual shoes? However, a simple and cheap pair of causal flattie is worn by me. A lot of my childhood memory is about shoes, and select some to taste the fun on shoes.

In my childhood, I did not have so many beautiful shoes as what children nowadays do due to poor family circumstances, and I wore mostly summer shoes with a few ties which were light and convenient, neither feet would come out of shoes, nor feet felt being stranded. When we were children, we usually wear them to play hopscotch with friends. In the evening, bared section of my feet was antique golden and shaded section was white when I took shoes off. It was so unsightly that I would not put on slippers else for loveliness the following day.

Since their low price, they are not durable. Little pin money is given to me when I was a little girl. At every turn, shabby shoes which were too broken to wear should be laid in front of my dad, then a fresh one would be brought back the following day.

It was so happy to own a new thing then and I would wear them to go around and show to friends. At the moment, I was just happy for the new thing and did not matter whether it was beautiful. The fresh state of mind just lasts in short bursts. For the mental state and fresh shoes, I was able to let father get me a new one by any means.

I had many methods even at the early age, for example, I would wear shoes to cut a caper so that feet would be active and shoes would not be restrained and go broken. Or I would take off shoes while playing here and there. I wear no shoes home afterwards playing, and parents let me to find them, but I even can't tell the playing place, let alone the shoes. It is hard for me to tell whether the lost method is on purpose or a scheme for new shoes until now. Anyhow, lost is lost and new will be bound to appear. Thing conceivable is all I care for at the moment instead of family circumstance and families' hardship.

The shoes come from gum-elastic. Once broken, they can trade for some pennies or candy from a rag man. So I would slice surrounding belts off with a knife, and run to the rag man, get the coins and give the money to the shopkeeper for candies. After several trades, what I get is only chewing for a few minutes. As for how to explain to parents and tell the lost process, I do not consider. Probably they are lost during games or thrown to certain pool by certain kid.

In any case, the idea is that I will find a wonderful scheme then. The idea has such an effect on me finally that I never worry about the result of anything, because I deem excellent plan would appear itself by the moment.

When it rains, what we usually put on are rather unsightly white hermetic rubbers. But I unlikely take note of the point at the early age, what I pay attention to is the kick sound of shoes on concrete floor and it is so happy to make the sound with my own feet.
