“Bad Things Happen to Good People” and I am one of them.
• Job Loss
• Divorce
• Late Payments
• Medical Bills
• College Tuition
• Poor Credit
Its time to stand up and fight for our rights, we do have rights as homeowners, taxpayers and consumers. This capitalistic society that we live in has SET US UP TO FAIL!!!!!
We can’t continue to go on and let them push us around. Some things happen to good people that can’t be helped. But yet we are penalized by the so called “creditors” and I bet if we took a look into their personal business at least 75% of the people harassing us are being harassed.
What I am merely saying is that instead of giving up fight these creditors that are taking our homes, our vehicles, keeping our children out of college.
Foreclosures are at an all time high. Good credit is now a thing of the past. Divorce is on the rampage. College Tuition is absolutely ridiculous for the average family.
What we need to do is saturate our minds with knowledge, if we are facing Foreclosure.
Learn everything we can about the foreclosure, repossession, fair debt reporting act, and what our rights are and we do have rights. And use these laws to protect ourselves.
• There are 31-65 Violations on Every Mortgage Closing
• Every Violation comes with a $2,000 Fine
• We Can File for a petition to stop the Foreclosure S
• We Can Request a Trial by Jury
• All debts must be verified by the creditor (that includes your mortgage)
I don’t know if you are tired of being pushed around, but I am. Don’t you want to know what your rights are, or are you okay with them taking your stuff.
So let’s get out there and learn all we can about our rights and stop letting them tell us what we can and cannot do. What we can and cannot keep. We’ve worked hard to acquire the nicer things in life, so let’s keep them.
A Wise man once said "He who leaves the battlefield first, loses by default." Don't leave the battlefield stand up and fight for what you own. Don't just let them take our homes, our cars, without a fight. Are you ready to fight? Or are you a quitter, I'm not and I am willing to share the information I have to help you arm yourself. With the cost of food, gas and college on the rise shouldn't we at least be able to provide a stable home for our families. Don't our children deserve a place to call home.
I have some information to share with those of you that are interested if you want to fight back.
If you are interested send me an email to harrisjyb@yahoo.com and in the subject line say yes I am tired of being pushed around too. I will personally send you the information I have found out and I think it will shock you to know that we can beat the creditors at their own game.
